1. Price. Very Affordable 2. Cleanliness of the grounds. 3. The room was nice 4. The AC worked well 5. The continental breakfast was basic. But I was not expecting much there anyhow.

Absolutely awful, if you book there is not guarantee you are going to get the room you pay for. Booked a room with a king size bed and apparently there were none available when we arrived but we still had to pay the same price.

The comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the rooms rival any of the high-dollar chains that I have stayed in. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area which is regularly.
